WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

The Company was started in the late 1960’s by the Kehls family in the centre of Cape Town before moving in 1988 to the now landmark building in Maitland.

The KZN branch opened in 2006 in Pinetown and has grown to include a wider range of décor fabrics, vinyl and technical fabrics for the Upholsterer and the Motor Trimmer. The branch also stocks green and compressed chip foam sheets.

Kehls supplies the interior decorator, upholsterer, motor trimming trade and public. Kehls offers a comprehensive range of fabrics, vinyls, foam, tools and components. Over the years it has become the largest fabric, fillings and upholstery supply house in the country. Kehls continually brings in new fabric ranges priced to suit all budgets. Kehls also offers a same day cut foam and button covering service.

Kehls is known for its affordable and quality products, great service and free delivery.

WHERE WE ARE

Kehls showroom and retail outlet is centrally positioned at 403 Voortrekker Rd in Maitland Cape Town close to all main highways (N1, N2, N7, M3). It is a five minute walk from Ndabeni and Maitland railways stations and with many minibus taxi and busses operating on the busy Voortrekker Road getting to Kehls is easy.
There is also secure street parking directly outside our showroom.

Operational Times: Our Showroom which is open to the public is open from Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:30 to 4pm and on Sat 8:30 to 1pm.

Kehls is closed on Sunday and all public holidays.
